CICC Assistant answers cybercrime questions from the Cybercrime Prevention Act and Philippine law, numbered like this one.1 If nothing supports a claim, it says so.

How it works

First, ask in your own words.

unsaon nako pag report sa akong na-hack nga account?
CICC Assistant
Report this to CICC as a cybercrime complaint with the account details and any evidence — screenshots, messages, timestamps.2

Then, if nothing supports an answer, it says so.

who should i vote next election
CICC Assistant
That’s outside what I can help with. I can assist with cybercrime reporting, scams, or CICC’s mandate instead.

Questions

Is this official?

This is a demonstration of the CICC Assistant, built for the Cybercrime Investigation and Coordinating Center. It is not a substitute for filing a report through CICC’s own channels for urgent matters.

What happens to what I type?

Conversations may be reviewed to improve complaint handling. Avoid sharing passwords, full ID numbers, or other sensitive credentials — a human agent will ask for those separately if needed.

Can it give legal advice?

No. It answers from official records and cites them. For advice specific to your situation, a CICC officer or legal counsel is the right next step.

Does voice input work on every browser?

Yes — it records audio directly, not a browser-specific speech API, so it works on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox alike.

What if it doesn’t know the answer?

It says so, plainly, instead of guessing — and tells you where CICC’s official channels can help instead.

How do I reach a human directly?

Say so in the chat (“I’d like to speak with someone”) and the conversation is flagged for a CICC support agent, or call the CICC hotline 1326.
